Engineering & Technical
In today’s world, we all understand the importance of due diligence and the need for technical support packages to back designs.

IFC Fire Accreditation
We are incredibly proud to be one of the very few building envelope contractors in the UK to hold IFC Fire Safety Certification.
The time we’ve invested in learning and development to gain this certification provides assurance fire protection systems are skilfully installed, and will function exactly as intended in emergency scenarios.
Testing & Surveying
Following the Grenfell tragedy and subsequent changes to roofing and cladding guidance, there has been a large increase in the number of re-clad projects within the industry.
We understand the requirement for onsite testing and the surveying of existing structures, and have developed a network of partners allowing us to offer the following services:
- Pull test
- Building surveys
- Drone imagery
- Fire testing
- Assistance with CWCT testing
Mock-ups & Samples
At times, projects require more than just a set of samples; before giving the green light, clients should truly understand what they are investing in.
This is why we highly recommend the creation of mock-up sections prior to commencing main projects, as they consistently prove beneficial in reducing risk.
Our team can work with you on the design and construction of these sections, which can highlight where there may be large-scale complications on site before these complications occur.
These examples can be used to develop common interfaces or technically complicated designs before the mass adoption of a project.
If your project does not require a mock-up, we can still assist with sourcing samples for client approval or in planning sign-off.

QA System & Managers
Quality assurance is a key factor in any project.
Having invested heavily in developing our Quality Assurance (QA) management team, each project has a dedicated QA staff member assigned to it. Utilising robust QA procedures, all departments work together to lower the risk of error, recording all evidence of quality-assessed work from start to finish on our in-house QA system (Autodesk BIM360 Field).
Our QA management team can also be used for projects where we are not handling primary construction phases.
